Hey everyone, thanks for being members and submitting your art. Not all pieces got accepted, but most of you graciously accepted the reasons we gave for this.
However, lately no pieces are being accepted, it would seem. If this was because no good pieces were submitted, I wouldn't mind. But the truth is, pieces are no longer being accepted because our group founder seems to have gone off the radar, and we need his votes to get to a decision.
Unfortunately, none of the still-active staff have admin privileges, so we can't do a single thing about this until he decides to return, which will probably be never. We can't even disband the group :/ If anyone knows how we can fix this (we can't promote ourselves to admins either), then let us know so we can do something about this situation.
That means, until returns, or we can contact him somehow, we're stuck pointlessly voting on submissions, and due to the three-votes-decide rule, the only pieces that get accepted are those that are unanimously approved, which is definitely not all the time.
That means, if your piece expires, it was because of this. If it happens (and a lot of damn good submissions have expired recently) then don't blame us, we're still here voting on your pieces and giving feedback.
Sorry about this, I joined this group because I thought our admin would stick it through to the end, but seems both us contributors and you submitters will become victim of someone's fleeting internet interest again.
That said, if you still wish to submit, by all means do so, if it's good enough, it will be unanimously accepted and it will be featured in the gallery.

Co-founder and contributor positions available
Hello everyone. My goal when I created this group was to showcase the best fan arts of BioWare's games and to promote their artist. However, I don't think that only one person can judge what fan arts may be accepted or not in the group's gallery. So, I'm looking for some help.
Important : Contributors and Co-founder participate for the love of art. If you want to join the staff only to expose your art, I suggest you to join as member.
